• Reviewing and updating policies and programs to insure an integrated delivery of comprehensive services to meet the changing needs of those we serve.
• Providing physicians, staff, residents and their families information and support regarding the resident’s right to self determination in choosing or refusing medical treatment.
• Securing the resources necessary to assure that no resident of Redstone Highlands shall leave the community due to the inability to pay the cost of continued care.
• Assuring the financial viability of the organization through cost-effective operations, cost based budgets and financial feasibility studies for all proposed changes in programs and facilities, assuring such changes are also programmatically feasible.
